We will share information with our payment services provider only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. If you choose to integrate your system with another 3rd party provider we will provide such information as is requested.

DeepTalent is both a Data Controller in our relationship with our own customers, and a Data Processor in our role as an organization that helps other businesses process their employee data.
You can request a copy of our Data Processing Agreement which lays out very specifically how our information is handled and the data controllers and protection.
For “Delete” requests (“Right to be forgotten”, “Right to the restriction of processing”). We provide a delete ability in our application. This endpoint removes the customer and all of their data from DeepTalent’s systems.
Downloading employee data can be done by export CSV in performance analytics and all reviews can be downloaded for each employee.
DeepTalent does not share any data with 3rd party companies expect those related to the programming of services who are vetted according to our security documentation. A list of these companies is available on request for service clients.
